Personally watched this movie only once and very long ago. One of the vague reminiscences concerns the main character running naked along the street. Then he walked up to some woman lying on her back, he touched her and some crazy stuff was shown (I'm not sure what exactly). What was it? What exactly was shown? Nowadays this movie is such a rarity here that it's nearly impossible to find it.

Yeah he has a dream that his brother (symbolised as himself) is running down the street naked to Sharons house. Thats why when he wakes up he knows his brother has gone to Sharons to kill her.
I was laughing so hard, its so random to all of a sudden see his brother running down the street naked. Then he catches his brother *beep* Sharons dead body. Its so stupid but funny.

I interpreted this scene as Duane recieving a telepathic "transmisison" if you will, of his brother's venture over to susan's house. he then visualized it as himself, because all he could really see was the first person perspective of the trip over to her house. not until he sees that his brother is gone does he realize that he really just had a telepathic vision of his brother's trip.
