Were You A Fan Of USA UP ALL NIGHT? If You Were Then Needing Your Help!

If you like movies like this then did you like USA UP ALL NIGHT and the kind of movies that they showed when it was on? I remember seeing a variety of movies like B movies, cult classics, horror movies, and even a few modern movies as well.

Who can every forget the most beautiful female host Rhonda Shear? She was great on Friday nights! Then there was also Gilbert Gottfried who hosted on Saturday nights! Man I miss those days of watching movies like this on a Friday or Saturday night on the weekends!

Well good news USA UP ALL NIGHT fans! A friend and I created a website dedicated to USA UP ALL NIGHT and the fans of the show! This is not just for the fans of the show but for everyone because I know that there are people out there who have never heard of this show before, seen it before, or are too young to remember watching this show.

Well here is your chance to learn more about it by going to the website that is on my signature, wikipedia.com, and I even created a forum on USA UP ALL NIGHT on MySpace and you can find the website there.

Take the time to explore the website and watch the video clips of the show when it was on the USA Network back in the day. While you are there take a few minutes of your time and sign the petition to help get USA UP ALL NIGHT back on the USA Network and on Friday and Saturday nights!

Let your family and friends who were fans of the show know about this website and petition!

Thanks again!

Rob

I remember it. I even remember somthing that came on either Saturday or Sunday around noon. I think the guy that hosted it was either called Captain or Commander Hero. He wore a red superhero costume. God I miss those days.

That superhero you are talking about is Commander USA! I have heard a lot of people mention that they remember Commander USA but I do not remember him or maybe I just did not pay attention to the commercial breaks. Usually that is when I go to the bathroom, get me something to drink, or something to snack on during commercial breaks.

I would have to say now I explore the internet or do whatever I need to during commercial breaks.

Yes that's his name. He hosted movies on USA also. Lol, I loved it they were always the B horror movies.

reply

Yes I remember those B horror movies especially this one I cannot remember what it is called but it is where this stray cat wonders into a designated area where they were doing some sort of release of radiation or something like that.

The cat turns out to have some creature inside of it and it spoils the food on a ship and a lot of people get killed or try to kill the cat. I do not know the title of this movie but I remember it though.

That movie was The Uninvited(1987). It was always on the USA Network. Even after Commander USA went off the air. I remember it on Saturday Nightmares and the 4am time slot of Up All Night.

Yes I remember watching The Uninvited back in the day on USA Network. I will never forget watching it for the first time when I came home on a Sunday afternoon from church and started to watch this. I am not sure if I remember Saturday Nightmares but I was more than likely watching at that hour of the night The Three Stooges because a station out of St. Louis, Mo. called KPLR TV Channel 11 would show two hours of The Three Stooges and grew up watching them every Saturday night up until January 1st of 1988.

That is when the local cable company of Decatur, Illinois where I grew up at removed KPLAR TV and let other channels come on instead. I was not too happy about it but then eventually moved on and started to watch USA UP ALL NIGHT on the weekends. Thanks for that information Dr.hackenstine! I appreciate that!

Well you can't go wrong with the Three Stooges.

reply

No you cannot go wrong with The Three Stooges! They were great to watch but I became a fan of the kinds of films that USA UP ALL NIGHT showed on Friday and Saturday nights!

Now where I live at I can still catch The Three Stooges here in Wisconsin since I live right in between Chicago and Milwaukee. The problem is they have a host that talks about little tid bits about the Stooges and the shorts. Nothing wrong with that but I would rather just watch the shorts instead of fill in time you know.

Yes I agree with you that USA UP ALL NIGHT should be its own network! Yes I do remember watching "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" and they censors butchreed it which really sucked in my honest opinion! I remember watching a lot of great movies like you are talking about! Those were great and I loved it! That is why I want to see this make a come back once again! Yes it was some GOOD STUFF!!!!

USA Network was the best back in those days and now it sucks!
