It's not a spoiler. The title of the movie is Basket Case 3: The Progeny and even shows the mutant babies on the cover. It's also common knowledge among horror fans now and the movie has been out for over 20 years. It would be pretty archaic to have to put a spoiler alert on everything you post here now wouldn't it?
