The skull in the window sill in Sonny's room the night he kills his family? Is this supposed to represent the Indian skull talked about in Holzer's novel?
sharePerhaps, although I doubt it. Probably there simply for creepiness factor. Was this actually based on Holzers book? Ive forgotten.

It was loosely based on it. It was Holzer who mentioned a possible inappropriate relation with his sister.
