The first time I watched the film, I actually thought she was Sonny's live-in girlfriend because they acted way too close. I don't spend time with too many people in the privacy of their own homes, but I'm not used to seeing siblings touching and hanging all over each other like they did. Maybe it's just my imagination, but it seems like they were a lot more physically affectionate than most siblings I've encountered.

shareI have to agree. From the moment they were interacting in his room when they first moved in, I thought to myself that they were acting FAR too "familiar" with each other. I thought maybe he or she was adopted or maybe they had different parents (like his dad was his father but his mother was like the father's first wife, and the daughter was the child of the mother but her father was from a different marriage as well). Never would have thought that they were full blown siblings.

The worst thing is, the brother at least has an excuse, he's possessed by an evil entity, but the sister isn't!! And look at her, she's guilt-free ("Are you feeling guilty? I'm not."), barely protests, she's having a good time! Meaning she's worse than the demon. How embarrassing for both of them.

Sister who is close with their brother? I see nothing weird in it, as well as the sister didn't see it as anything sexual at all. It's quite normal to see your family members naked from time to time without any sexual connotations. Why she was not much resistant when her brother's intentions became obvious is another question, but her not seeing anything wrong in being naked in front of her brother is absolutely normal.

Shirley MacLaine once said about her brother, Warren Beatty, when he was first being touted as a major hottie, (paraphrasing slightly?) "Maybe I should kiss him to find out what all the fuss is about." Just "kiss," and she said it jokingly, but at the time it was pretty scandalous!
She was clearly attracted to Sonny and had no hesitations to get naked in front of him. She probably had secret desires to be physical with him and went for it.
