Mine is "Carnal Express" from season 3(episode 2). I loved seeing her out of her police uniform and wearing something sexy.

I don't think it happened as much as we might think. I can only think of 5 or 6 times. But I could be wrong. I'll have to do a count the next time I watch the series over again.
