Between the two, who is the prettier? Stephanie is supposed to be, she's twice Joanna's age, but, she's always talking to Joanna as if she's plain, without style, and talking about herself as if she's flawless. But, I'll have to go with Joanna, she was a very beautiful woman, and while Stephanie was pretty, she certainly was by no means perfect physically.
shareTeam Joanna! She just had a natural beauty to her. Stephanie was beautiful too, but just had such a crappy personality at times that it took away from her looks. Jennifer Holmes from the first season was gorgeous too.

Agreed. Leslie had both the looks and the brains - and did her damned job. What more could an employer ask for?

I agree with everything the OP said except that Stephanie was "twice Joanna's age....."?? Their ages are never given, but I got the impression that Joanna was around forty, or early forties, and Stephanie about thirty.
