this was like the batmobile of tv

It was at the time. Watch the episodes today, you see the 3rd generation Trans Am, and all the other cars in the show looked so 70ish. The 1982 model was way ahead of its time. That was the first thing I noticed when the DVDs came out and I saw them again for the first time in over 20 years.
