When she became a teen that wild hairstyle she adopted for herself was so unflattering for her. I know it was the 80's, but what in the world was she thinking? All you see when she's on camera is that huge bird's nest on her head. Horrible!

I thought she was 10 years older than me with that hairstyle.

Imagine my surprise when I found out she was just a few years older!

What a difference big hair makes. But she also acted really mature for her age anyway.
