Ah, my mistake. I can't really see much point in another box set then. Unless they're just going to add Sex Actually (which I have NO interest in seeing again anyway). So if that is all they're going to do, I'll stick with the box set I've already got.

shareStrictly speaking, Eat The Rich was not a Comic Strip film, even if the principal players starred in it. Richardson uses the team as back-up, so to speak, in supporting roles, while the performers we're used to seeing in supporting roles (Al Pellay, Fred 'Nosher' Powell, ('Big') Ron Tarr, Sandra Dorne, Jimmy Fagg etc.) take the leads/more prominent parts.
As to the idea of a 'new, improved' box-set, it ain't gonna happen - what commercial incentive would there be? On the other hand, I get the impression that a lot of the VHS releases were uncut, which is why I stated elsewhere that, between us, it should be possible to knock up a VHS to DVD bootleg.
