It should be, yes - it must be. I think it must just be the quality of the photo, because, well, it just doesn't look like him (I realise how absurd that will sound if it is indeed Peter). Save and zoom-in on the picture: it looks like a cross between Peter, Keith Allen and Edward Tattsyrup!

This is a still from the Comic Strip stage show at the Raymond Revue bar which Keith Allen wasn't really part of. It was Peter & Nigel doing their routine, Rik & Ade as the Dangerous Brothers, French & Saunders, Arthur Brown and then Alexei was the compare. Just wish I had been old enough to go :(
