Does Lady Marchmain die? I'm trying to find it, but I don't want to go through the whole series. The reason for that is, at the very end the family and the funeral procession are going up to the family burial site with the beautiful music playing, as the episode credits are rolling. It was such a moving and poignant scene.

Lady Marchmain dies in Episode 7.

And yes, the funeral during the closing credits is beautiful.

I had to get out my DVD and rewatch the series. Olivier, Gielgud, and Bloom are wonderful in this.
