End Title Song

Does anyone know where online I can find the song that plays over the end credits? I have always liked it and have never been able to find it. I'm not even sure what the title is.

If anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I don't remember any songs at the end (except for La Marseillaise before the penalty kick at the end of the match). It was just Bill Conti's music during the credits.

Correct - it's Bill Conti's music during the end titles.

Also, look at the other thread about Bill Conti's use of the fifth symphony by Shostakovich, it's quite revelatory of the temp score used in this film.
