Alternate Ending to greatly improve things

It's deep in injury time and miraculously, the Allies get a corner.

Caine is standing near the penalty spot and feels a tap on his shoulder. It's Hatch!

"Where do I stand for corners again?"

"Getbackinbloodygoals Hatch!" replies Caine, pointing back down the pitch.

Just as he says that however, the ball comes over, whacks Sly in the back of the head and goes in. The ref has no option but to award a goal! And blows for full time!!

"This friggin game is ruining my life!" laughs Hatch

"He'sonly gawnand scored, he's only gawnandbloody done it!" says Caine to Bobby Moore and Mike Summerbee, who stare nervously in front of them, trying not to look at the camera.

Max Van Sydow smirks.
