my favorite part

My favorite part was when Michael Caine asked for the Eastern European players to join their team and the German officer said it wouldn't be possible because, "Officially, they don't exist." all dramatic-like. That part was hilarious.

I finally saw this film in sequence, and I have four favorite parts: when the dummy head topples to the ground, watching Michael Caine's blue blue eyes, Stallone in a uniform and then without a shirt. He was so prime in his prime.

Why ain't you at the garden party you heathen?

What's "hilarious" about that? If you READ the history books, they DIDN'T exist.

I like it when Hatch gets his picture taken with the forger.

I also like when the team is doing the warm-up exercises in training.

I also like when Hatch is telling himself to Rene.

Oh, and when the crowd sings the French national anthem (which is the real song BTW) even if I don't know the words...in French or English.

As far as I can tell, there are at least three Leos in the movie. (Today's my birthday, Leos unite!!!)

Is there REALLY that much of a difference between French-France and French-Canadian?
