Is this the movie where...

Wow, I think I remember this movie, if it is the one, I am going to die, I literally have been looking for it since I was ~8-10 years old. 29 now, so it's been a while...

In the movie I am thinking of, there is this girl who gets called by this "Breather" guy, she hears something outside the house, when she opens the door, there is this Cat? outside, which then turns at her, farts and walks off...

I know that may be a bit vague, but when I saw it I was actually on strong drugs as I had just had surgery from a hernia.

The doctor said "NO LAUGHING or you will bust the stitches and can have another hernia!" It was probably 10PM at night, and my brother and I were rolling laughing our assess off, I kept begging him to change the channel but as the mean brother, he kept it there as I laughed/cried.

I so hope this is the movie!!

Not sure about that scene but if you can remember this one from that movie than you found it.

He works his way into the kitchen and begins going through all the drawers finding a suitable weapon. Butcher knives, meat cleavers abound but he settles on.......a paperclip.

Then moves to the staircase and starts up, still breathing heavy...which gets worse...and worse as he goes up. Then you hear him gasping, "All these stairs!!!"

Funny movie. Hope this helps...

yes this is the movie! i am 100% positive... it is one of my favorite films!! good luck finding it to rent... you can probably get a video off ebay...

It was a dog, and yes this is the movie. The "Breather" is the killer.
Other things you might remember from the movie:
-All the Dr Pepper product placements, everywhere in the movie
-The body count that keeps cropping up every time a body is discovered
-"The Stick"... that really thin guy with the double-jointed arms
-2 words: Horsehead Bookends. ("And you even stained it...")

"You came here in that? You're braver than I thought."

HORSEHEAD BOOKENDS!!!! My big brother and my mom took me to see this when I was 9. Then we snuck in to Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Good movie I saw when I was younger. Me and my friends whould laugh at it all the time.(My friend owned it on VHS) The ending was good too. When it turn out to just be a dream and Melvert(The Stick) was really the principle and not the janitor.

In direct response to CitizenBuck, the movie you're thinking of was called "Pandemonium", also a horror movie spoof, released in 1982, known mostly for its cameo role by Paul Reubens before he became Pee Wee Herman. Student Bodies was a slightly better parody than Pandemonium, but both films did a better job of ripping on the slasher movie industry than either of the "Scary Movies" did.
