Is this the movie that I'm thinking of?

I remember seeing a movie on USA's Up All Night when I was a kid, about 15 years ago. What I remember was a guy breaks into a house, then creates a weapon out of a toilet plunger handle and some razor blades. He proceeds to cut this guy's hand off. Later in the movie he ends up in a school and dresses up in a bear mascot uniform and kills some people. Is this the same movie? If not, what the hell am I thinking of?

You might be thinking of Girls Nite Out. That has a killer in a bear suit. I don't remember the plunger and razor blades part.

I think you're confusing 2 movies. I'm almost positive that the razor blade and toilet plunger handle is from "Open House". It's definitely USA Up All Night quality. Not quite sure about the bear suit though.
