Is the Ry Cooder soundtrack available anywhere?

There was no official soundtrack release. Possibly due to complicated copyright/ownership stuff, along with lack of interest (no accounting for taste, you know). Closest you'll get is just some of the individual artists' records, from what I can gather. If you *do* hear something, let me know. I'd like to have it as well. :-)

Are any of the Balfa Brother's versions of the songs played in the movie (including Parlez-Nous A Boire) available? I'm finding nothing on Google...there are other artists who sing Parlez-Nous A Boire, but it doesn't have quite the same sound.
