what did you learn from this film

Heres a few things I learned.

NG troops have no discipline whatsoever even though they go through the same basic and Advanced Individual Training as the regular Army.

Cajuns are homicidal maniacs.

Cajuns really know how to party.

NG troops don't know the terrain they're in and apparently don't bother to carry compasses.

If attending a crowded party and you suspect the bad guys have shown up and are waiting outside, don't stay inside where you're safe in the crowd, go outside and investigate with no witnesses around.

When a Cajun trapper speaks English, he sounds more like someone from Quebec or France who has learned English as a second language rather than like a Cajun.
