Help with a similar movie

I dont think this is the movie I am remembering from way back. If anyone can help me with the title of this one I would be very grateful.
I know it is a horror movie spoof, but all I remember is alot of it is filmed from the killers p.o.v.
I remember him stepping in gum at some point going up a flight of stairs. There was also a "body count" flashing at the bottom of the screen every time someone was killed. I remember it being funny, but I have never seen it unless it was on TV, and I would love to see the regular version. Does ANYONE remember which movie this is????

I am trying to think of it - I saw it too. Didn't the killer where rubber boots and was breathing hard - saying "man, these stairs! So many stairs. I'll have a heart attack." I think I saw it on Madd Frank - a North Dakota local Elvira-ripoff late night bad movie replayer.

YES! Geez, this is killing me! If I could only think of any actor I could identify from that movie, but I cant! Its driving me nuts, but at least I know I am not crazy!!!!

OMG I was looking for that movie too! My brother took me to see it when I was 9 lol! Then we snuck in to see "Raiders of the Lost Ark." My MOM was with us. Oh boy. I remember one student was killed with a "horse-head bookend." right??

I just bought a copy of it from suncoast motion picture company.com for 7.95 it is rather hard to find but if you look you can find it cheap.
