As far as I know the monsters were:
Bug-Eyed 4-Armed Thing - This is the first monster released from the Book of Evil. He attacks Billy in his bedroom and Billy knocks him out the window. He is never seen again in the film so I assume he was killed.
Green Hairy Thing With Tusks - The third monster released from the book, he kills the real estate agent and in subsequent scenes dresses in a frilly apron and large dishwashing gloves and does housework while the other monsters play cards.
Black Hairy Gorilla Thing - A really goofy-looking, bucktoothed ape monster. I know he appears during the "find the boy" section close to the end and strangles a houseguest, but I don't know if he appeared in any scenes prior to this.
Mummy - The second mosnter released from the Book of Evil, just your standard mummy. He doesn't appear very often, although he is seen playing cards in the kitchen.
Black And Grey Horned Thing - An irritable creature with a horn. He's shown playing cards with the other monsters, and he raids the fridge and stalks about and pitches a fit when there's no more food.
Fish Creature - A Gill Man wannabe who comes out of the bathtub and attacks Debbie, proves immune to gunfire, and kills the cop next door. He appears a few more times in the movie, especially close to the end.
Orange Spider Creature - One of the lesser-seen monsters, Debbie runs into this dude as she is leaving the card game in the kitchen. He blocks her path so she runs the other way.
Grey Lizard Thing - Precisely what his name implies, a bipedal grey lizard with a crest on his head. He's seen twice: once when he comes into the kitchen to join the card game/fridge raiding party, passing Debbie, and again during the "find Billy" section of the movie.
There may have been more but these were the ones prominently featured throughout the film. Also, there were actually two vampires, Yolanda and Waldemar, although they don't qualify as monsters. Also, aside from the Mummy and the Fish Creature (which can logically be said to be a Gill Man knockoff), none of the monsters appearing in the film were really based on famous monsters in particular.
