I just saw this movie on Sundance yesterday and couldn't believe it was Eric Roberts. He looks so different. However, Eric Roberts is the most magnetic and charismatic actors of our time. Whatever he is in, he mesmerizes you into watching every move he makes. I recently saw some movie he was in with Ann Heche and it was terrific !!! Heard he was on Heros recently. This guy is magic !!!

He was in a car accident a few years after this movie was made, and he sustained some facial injuries. That is why he looks somewhat different in later movies. Still handsome tho.

He is the actor of the family not his look a like in a wig Julia. He looks the way he does now because of bad habits and age. But he is one of the best actors we have and he deserves a Oscar winning role.

If you can find it, see The Coca Cola Kid made at around the same time. He's gorgeous!

Yes, he is gorgeous in this film. Wonderful big expressive eyes and a great physique.

If you want to see Eric Roberts looking exceptionally gorgeous, I highly recommend 'King of the Gypsies'. Doesn't get much better than that!

I have always wanted to see that film. It came out when I was a teenager.

shadycady, do whatever it takes to see 'King of the Gypsies'! The film is the one that actually is 'Introducing Eric Roberts' (and WOW, what an introduction!). Pretty sure you'll thank me later.
