Cleaning up the blood?
Why did Ann clean the blood up off the floor and not say anything to Lucy about it? Also it looks like Lucy actually sees the blood when she walks in the room and doesn't even mention it. It's pretty obvious that Ann is not in cahoots with the killer since she herself is killed and acts shocked when she sees the disfigured zombie coming after her.
