Location of the house?

Hello,

Does anyone know where the house is actually located? I've heard it's in Scituate, Concord, or Boston Massachusetts, but nobody is really sure of it's location. Just curious.

I've read on these boards that it's in Scituate, but I have no idea where. Google Earth, anyone?

It's on the "Filming Locations" section. Country Way in Scituate. I visited it this weekend, and it was awesome.

It still exists--it's an art institute now. The triangular section of the house has been painted purple, and there are no "damn tombstones" near it. They must've been props.

I visited the house a few years ago, even before the information on it's location was revealed on this site. I have also been to the building in Louisiana that was used in the filming of THE BEYOND and the cemetery outside of Savannah, Georgia in THE GATES OF HELL.

I had a feeling it was in Massachusetts. I grew up in MA around the time this movie was made and noticed there were some stores similar to those in my area at the time (Stop and Shop, Woolworths).
