I just heard a line, missing from all the other versions I have seen!

I have seen several discordant editions of House by the Cemetery with fluctuant image and sound quality but I think this is the first time I hear an additional line which is definitely not in the one I personally own and I don't recall hearing it in any of the other versions I've seen.

Remember the scene at the end when May saves Bob and they're greeted by Mary.

In all the other versions I have seen (I'm only 100 about the one I personally own though)she says:

"May, time to go home and remember your manners. Show him you can act like a Freudstein. You know some other guests are surely destined to drop in."

In the version I just saw she said:

"May, time to go home and remember your manners. Now that Bobby is here, show him you can act like a Freudstein. You know some other guests are surely destined to drop in."

It confuses me why that line would even be cut, nevertheless if it would be only in the edition I have.

You're right about this. I just compared the two full-length versions that are up on YouTube right now and there appears to be a skip where the "Bob" line is on one of them. Also, I heard the line as, "Now that Bob is staying, show him you can act like a Freudstein."

Fancy watching it more than once.

I've just watched a Brazilian release (by Versátil Home Video) with Italian dubbing, and though I'm not sure what is originally said, the subtitles had Mrs. Freudstein's words as something like this: "Mae Freudstein, it's time to go home. Bob will stay with us now, and we'll have new guests coming shortly".
I was puzzled when I read this topic, because she never appears to say "act like a Freudstein" or something like that. Actually, if that had been the case, it would have been weird, because it would seem to refer to Dead Daddy's murderous manners as how a Freudstein should act...
