I remember some movie where a lady was pretending to be dead and was in a deep freeze then got out. Was it this movie?

Sylvia Kristel as Nicole Mallow pretends to be dead, so Howard Hesseman as the family chaffeur Lester Lewis persuades Eric Brown as Phillip Fillmore, they need to hide the body in the deep freezer. Of course, the lady is not dead, as it is all part of a blackmail plot, so she eventually gets out the deep freezer. And everybody gets what's coming to them in the end.
