Starting about the 33 minute mark, the story of the Delicota brothers. Was this in the original film, or was the bad dubbing added in for some subsequent version of the film (TV broadcast or whatever)?

The film (in any version) has dubbing problems throughout. I don't know why they couldn't fix it, but if you pay attention there are at least half a dozen if not closer to ten or more scenes with noticeably poor dubbing.
That said, I didn't even notice this until the third viewing, and only because I read a review somewhere that pointed it out. So it can't be that distracting.
