It says here(http://www.mondo-vision.com/futurereleases.php) that it's going to be released by them. Does anyone here have any news or information about this DVD? I really love this film and I'm very curious about this release.

As far as I know "Possession" should be the next release by MondoVision, coming this year (30th anniversary of the movie).
"Na srebrnym globie" got postponed, because it is thought that "Possession" will earn more and MondoVision are challenging a few financial problems...
'POSSESSION is currently in production and we are hoping to have it released by the end of 2011; due to financial difficulties however, there is a possibility of push back to the first half of 2012.'
shareYikes. I don't like the things I am hearing on this message board for two reasons.
1) I see this situation as being very similiar to the one of Barrell entertainment and a great 1983 Austrian film called Angst. The release was announced in 07 I think, if you go on the website it is still listed in the future release category.
2) Struggling to get the DVD released? I guesse I shouldn't hold my breathe for the blu ray.
Maybe it was a pipe dream but I was actualy expecting Criterion to pick this one up.
