Heinrich's chest
In one scene Anna is sticking her knife tip into the center of his chest, gouging out pieces of flesh and drawing blood. In the next scene Heinrich is talking to Mark and his chest is perfectly smooth and uninjured in that area.
Am I imagining what I saw?
