Hi.
I remeber seeing this flick as part of a Swamp thing double feature back when I was like 8 back in the eighties. Man, I'm getting old - I wonder if it's as good as an adult as it was as a kid. Maybe if you're high.

shareYes, you see films differently as an adult. I guess you would see it the way older folks back then saw it. Though with all the better films out there, the way they are made etc, this might well feel different. The best way is to go back in your head if you can, and view it the way you did all those years ago. I too watched this, not lucky enough to see it at the cinema though, just a pirate video, but I liked it even then. Not seen it for over 20 years. I saw it as Supersnooper though.
shareI was around 10 or so when i first saw this movie on cable TV and loved it.
I just got this movie on DVD and re-watched it with my 8 yr old son and he Liked it too.
It was worth re-watching again after all these years.
I'd agree that SUPER FUZZ is worth a revisit now that you're older. The memories will come flooding back and you'll also realize that the movie's humour, while silly, wasn't designed with only children in mind.
Get the Italian DVD though. It includes the original ENglish track and is 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen. See my posts in other recent threads for more info.
I remembered this movie from my childhood but couldn't remember the name. The only things that I remembered were the electric chair scene and the fact that Ernest Borgnine was in it. Thank god for IMDB! I was able to find it by scrolling through the movies that Borgnine was in during the early 80s! So I found it on Netflix after getting the name from IMBD. I can't wait to get it and see it again.
