This movie remains on my all-time top ten list. I saw it by myself in 81, in a nearly empty matinee, and was still thrilled beyond belief. From the opening theme (terrific) to the final shot, it was one great ride. I would be ecstatic to see an extended release, but I love the movie as it is.
