This one is a classic. Far superior to the piece of crap remake that does it no justice at all.

I agree, but the remake could work better if they made "My Bloody Valentine 2",30 years after the events in 1981.

I agree completely. Sometimes the remake is better (as in Imitation of Life), but not in this case.

I sort of like the remake. Also the remake had (for an R rated film) VERY graphic gore. Some of the scenes that were cut out of the original were redone in the remake and went full force. I'm guessing the MPAA went easier on the second one because of all the flack that got about completely destroying the first. All in all, I like both.

True. The remake is missing the good soundtrack and creepy atmosphere of the original, and it's full of really bad CGI and bad acting. The original is better.

I think the remake had everything that needed to be in a throwback 80's slasher remake. It had a great villain with a mask,nudity and a great whodunit aspect.Personally I could not have asked for anything better. This is in my top 3 favorite remakes alone for the simple whodunit aspect.

I would give it a 7/10.

I agree, this is far superior to the POS 2009 rehash.

I don't know what's a sig. line? Can't think of one! Can you tell me what one is?
