What a lopsided fight

Does anybody else protest the manner in which TJ gets his ass kicked by Axel?

That scene bothers me for two reasons: The movie builds our anticipation for this confrontation between these two characters, only to end it too abruptly. And TJ gets tooled by Axel.

At the very least, it could have gone a couple more exchanges, with TJ getting a couple licks in. Anybody agree?

It was a bit bothersome, but Axel got a good full power sucker shot in first, and that could change the course of any potential fight.

TJ was weak - Axel beat his ass easily. It was too bad that Hollis broke it up because I really was pulling for Axel to whip him even more, given how arrogant TJ was in disappearing and showing up and acting like Axel wasn't good for Sara.

My guess is that after he escapes the mine at the end - Axel returns and kicks TJ's weak, sorry ass again.
