How Graphic Is This?

Remember watching the commercials for this movie when it first came out in the 80's. The commercials were always shown late at night when I was staying up & I used to have the volume off as to not disturb the rest of the household so the commercials wound up having more of a impact on me.

But on to my question, how graphic is this? How bloody, gory, disgusting is this film?
Thing is I was afraid that it was up there on the "I Spit on your Grave" stomach churning level which is why I put off watching it after all these years. Who knows perhaps I am wrong & it isn't.

So is this really up there in gross out scenes, blood, guts & the like or is this just a shoot 'em up?

Never have seen the movie but this was on my mind so I'd like to ask before I ever see it. Thanks.
