I just watched Mommie Dearest and I am obsessed with this crazy power bitch of a character. I NEED to watch more films either about bitchy, psychotic women or just really quotable, over-dramatic, over-the-top movies like, say, Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf. Any suggestions?

Not a real life story but read VC Andrews Flowers In The Attic. You will see some crazed ladies in those stories.

Any latter day 'Crawford' or 'davis' movies (that rode on the coat-tails of the success of 'Whatever happened to Baby Jane') affectionately known as their 'psycho-biddy era'

Failing that, Liz Taylor spent the late 60's/early 70's making increasingly 'whacked-out' movies, in which she played paranoid and/or alcoholic characters (to accomodate her real-life standing, at the time)
