So who was the kung-fu professor?

Does anybody know the name of the actor who plays the kung-fu professor? Has he made any martial arts movies? I would like to see more of his work. "oh..bad chop suey!..."

The director of Pieces was simultaneously shooting a martial arts film in Rome and had him make a cameo in this film. Do a search under the director's name and you'll find it.
