Was that Bruceploitation star Bruce Le playing the random kung fu guy???

No, It looks like him but Bruce Lee died in 1973 and the film was made in 1982

....I said Bruce Le, not Bruce Lee. I even identified him as a Bruceploitation, and Bruceploitation is a phenomenon that came after Bruce Lee's death.

I have no idea then. He doesn't appear on the cast list

Yup, it's Le alright.
So, if he is Bruceploitation, then the killer must be Blutoploitation.

Yep, it's Bruce Le. He made a number of films for, and was friends with Pieces producer Dick Randall.
He must've been in town at the time and Randall probably said to him "Want to make a totally pointless uncredited cameo in the greatest cult film ever?"
And while were on the subject, didn't Kendall call him my kung fu "professor"? Implying that kung fu was a part of the college's curriculum.
