In the love scene by the fire, when they were both turning, why were they...uh, missionary? I assume werewolves would...well, they're so close to dogs, wouldn't they...use that style? Can't believe I'm asking this, but I wonder about it every damn time I see this movie...

When they started, they were human, right? I'm sure doggy style came into the mix eventually when they made their transformation.

Probably because of budget concerns. It does play well to the fact of reaching their orgasm coincides with them completing their transformation into beasts

budget concerns made them go for missionary as alatorre19 said...because doggystyle is so goddamn expensive these days!
