Eddie Quist (Spoilers, I guess)
Was he always supposed to be evil in his nature, or was it after he got bitten?

The whole Quist family (Marsha and the younger brother) was sick and twisted but Eddie especially so. Remember all those news clippings of various murders on the walls of his apartment? Not to mention the way he made Dee Wallace watch that snuff porn. I think once he got turned into a werewolf, he really let loose his inner beast!
shareI do vaguely remember the scene with the newspaper clippings. That's usually a trait for psychopathic killers like Eddie to have some sick mementos of the crimes they committed. That scene where she was forced to watch that snuff film was quite twisted.
But who bit Eddie? Was that ever touched down upon?
The sequels should have focused on the remaining members of the Quist Family, with the second movie focusing on Eddie's siblings, and the third, movie focusing on other relatives.

Dr. Warlock, you do bring up some intriguing questions! I know it's not canon, but I've always thought that Eddie and his siblings were turned into werewolves by Dr. Waggner, as played by the late great Patrick Macnee. What do you think?
shareThat sounds like an interesting theory. It would explain why he is always sending clients to The Colony, as to keep The Quists well fed or have more playthings!
