After about half an hour I couldnt stand it anymore . There's only so much physical pain I can endure. Especially on my ears. So who turns out to be the monster afterall ? Freddy Krueger ?
shareTechnically, there is no monster. The pyramid was actually a huge toy that an alien race had created in order to teach their young how to control their fears. Apparently one individual is chosen to guard and operate the pyramid. In the case of the spaceship Quest, Kor the "cook", was the one operating the pyramid.
The various monsters were manifestations of each crew member's fears brought to life. Dameia hated worms, she's attacked by a giant worm. Alluma was claustrophobic, she's crushed to death by cables. Etc....
It's actually a pretty good movie. It looks great. THe sets are amazing. You just have to have a love of low budget movies.
