Is there anyway to see the original ending of Mrs Voorhee's severed head opening her eyes and smiling at the audience?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think that scene was ever actually filmed, just story boarded. Would be really cool to see though.

I thought they shot it, but it didn't really work. Ended up being funny, not frightening. I could be wrong though.

A scene at the very end where we are shown the inside Jason's shack and see Pamela's face. While there, her eyes open. It was cut by Paramount for looking too fake.
