Sleepaway Camp vs Final Exam

Which one to watch? Haven't been too happy with some of the movies I seen lately. I like the slasher and monster movies of the 80's but I been unfortunate to see some real stinkers lately. Last night I watched the The Nest 1988 in bluray quality and I thought the movie was garbage personally. I thought the monster effects near the end were kind of cool but the script was so lousy and sometimes boring at times made the movie not as effective as it could have been. To me the Nest 1988 was a really really crappy version of the blob 1988 which is a movie I enjoyed. I prefer The Blob 1988 over The Nest 1988.

Not bad 80's horror/slasher flicks, but if I had to pick
the one with better deaths it's Sleepaway Camp. I give
them both a 5/10.

I was apprehensive about seeing this, but it's honestly not as bad as I thought it would be. For me, it's underrated...but also, sadly forgettable. I much prefer Sleepaway Camp, especially with the kills.

That sums up this movie for me as well. Entertaining, but not memorable. Sleepaway Camp on the other hand is impossible to forget as it has some of the weirdest kills I've seen in a slasher film from that time period. And that ending shot is infamous for good reason.

never saw sleepaway camp but I remember going to the theater to see this one and loved it

Sleepaway Camp is definitely the better film.
