Screenwriter J.D. Feigelson
I went to the Eerie Horrorfest recently, and I have to say J.D. was EASILY the nicest guest they had. He signed a bootleg copy of Dark Night of the Scarecrow for free, and all the stuff he was selling was only five dollars! I bought a Dark Night of the Scarecrow from him and he signed it. He was very pleasant and enthusiastic and it was great seeing such a true cult film on the big screen later on. Too bad the Q and A session wasn't longer, and too bad more people weren't asking questions.
I took a look at J.D.'s other works and among them is a film I remember seeing called "Nightmare on the 13th Floor" which as I recall was not too bad of a film. Also it is notable he wrote a screenplay for Wes Craven ("Chiller").
Really, really nice guy. I hope to see him at other conventions down the road.
