A family-friendly burlesque of James Bond

I watched this with my young kids 10 years ago and it soon became a favorite, for it is family friendly (I didn't have to explain why James Bond was always having casual sex outside of marrige). It is a "take off" (a burlesque) of your standard action movie, except the hero is reluctant and benignly incompetent (with a good heart). And the gadgets are hyperboled (a neologism?), as in the machine-gun walking stick that can't be controlled. And what a title: not Superman, Bat Man, or Spiderman, but Condorman, named after a big, ugly bird of prey (with a small tip of the hat to Robert Redford's "3 Days of the Condor"). Sure, it's fluff, but when a fun time can be had by all in these days of Reality TV it's sure worth the nickel. It is heartily recommended by Dr. Joe.
