Can anybody suggest any other films that they thought were great when they first watched them as children but after viewing as an adult were really disappointed.

Condorman gets my vote.

Airplane. Or was it hotshots part deux? Or part one? Anyway, watched one of these a year ago and it was WAAY worse than when I last watched it when I was probably about 13!

Yeah.. I agree with Time Bandits too. As well as Hero At Large and The Greatest American Hero tv show. I watched all of them recently on DVD and was disappointed.

The Last Starfighter. The special effecchs (spelling intended)haven't aged well at all. There are cutscenes on old PS1 games that look more convincing than the ending space battle.
