First, you don't know that it's "nonconsensual" (see above). Second, "rape" in the sense of "nonconsensual sex" is a legal term that only applies to humans, "ergo", by definition, it couldn't have been rape.
Well, it would have been fitting for the Conan character as he is described in the original short stories. And it would be accepted in the world he lives in.

No. There should have been no throwing in the fire. Conan should have just kept slamming away at her, driving her to a state of such orgasmic bliss that she has no desire to attack Conan and instead volunteers to join him on his travels on the condition that he does that to her again at every convenient opportunity. The film then becomes the adventures of Conan and the Sex Witch.
