What was the movie in the Cinema at the beginning?

About 7 minutes into the film, the characters go into a cinema (inside the disco). Anyone know what film they were watching?

That's what I thought but it had been so long since I had seen it, that I couldn't be sure. Later on in the movie they go back in the Cinema and there is some sort of silent movie playing. Any clue on what that was? It was only on for a couple seconds so I'm sure it will be harder to figure out.

Cannot recall that short scene and too lazy now to check the movie.
Here on IMDb they say it was Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens (1922).
Sorry, Nosferatu always made me laugh...he needs a manicure. 

It is, but for some reason, the scenes shown are out of sequence, the daughter killing the mom comes near the end of the film, the following bit with lead character Barbara, happens near the beginning.
