I'm looking for a caveman comedy my girl friend asked me about.. so i thought i'd air it here as i have no idea!!

all that can be remembered is it a caveman comedy... A lighting bolt hitting a tree thus making fire. then a dino egg cracks over the fire making "fried eggs"... thats all that she can remember any ideas?

Yes, this is the movie she's thinking of. Except the giant egg falls onto a geyser or something like that.
