The Burning or Madman?
Which of these two quite similar early '80s slasher films do you prefer more? Or do you enjoy both of them equally?

I like them both, but I prefer The Burning. The cast is better, the score is pretty good and Tom Savini's gore effects are terrific. In terms of story and general filmmaking, they're just about even in my opinion.
