Is Jack's torn up corpse and the

Sent too early- were the corpses of Jack and the other victims hallucinations from PTSD from seeing jack torn apart or was it real and they were in limbo?

The film certainly implies that what David is seeing IS real. But the reason why he's the only one who can see them is because he became a Werewolf.

Ok. I thought so, wasn't sure though.

Per Sewaat's response, he really is seeing them.

But... that would be an interesting premise: someone gets bit by a "rabid" wolf/ wolfish creature, and instead of rabies it makes him think he's a werewolf as his brain deteriorates.
